SF Beer Week is just around the corner and we couldn't be more excited! Come by the park and raise a glass of your favorite ale or lager and toast to San Francisco and the food, friends, and beers that make it special. This years lineup of events is going to be even better than last year and we've got fun events for every type of beer lover including:
Carefully selected lineups of delicious craft brews from some of California's top breweries on tap all week long

SF Beer Week is the largest, most anticipated, and most prestigious gathering of the Northern California craft beer community.

Friday, January 22nd, 12pm-3pm- SF Beer Week Free Preview Pours
Stop by the park on the afternoon of the opening gala for a free preview SF Beer Week. We will be pouring free tastes of select beers all afternoon. Come share the excitement of the start of beer week and taste a sample of things to come!

Saturday, January 23rd, 11am-4pm- Urban Picnic: San Francisco Edition
What's a picnic without a few beers? We're bringing back your favorite way to spend a Saturday afternoon with a special focus on beers proudly brewed in San Francisco. We will have 5 of San Francisco's best breweries in the house pouring their most delicious drafts, a chance to meet the brewers, plus an informative beer pairing guide, a fun and educational presentation by a certified Cicerone, and live music by the Rob Bayne Band. Consider it a beer lovers Tour de San Francisco!

Start your Sunday off right with beers and brunch. Some of Northern Californias best beers are made in Sonoma and we will have some of their all star breweries in the house sharing what they do best. Savor brunch specials from our food trucks with a beer and brunch pairing guide and learn what the creative and energetic breweries up North are up to.

Thursday, January 28th, 7pm-9pm Beer Trivia Night
Are you a proud beer nerd? Come prove it at SoMa StrEat Food Park's first ever beer trivia night! We'll be collaborating with Brainstormer Trivia to put on an epic competition for beer enthusiasts to come and show off their knowledge of all things beer. Many will enter but only one team can walk away victorious. We'll have fun beer prizes for the winning teams and beer specials on tap to ease defeat or celebrate victory.
Friday, January 29th, 4pm-7pm- Oysters and Stout: An Unexpectedly Awesome Happy Hour
Oysters and stout may be one of the most underrated beverage pairings in the world but we are here to show it the love it deserves. We'll be running oyster specials and a killer lineup of stouts on tap for a one-of-a-kind San Franciscan happy hour. Come taste stout by the flight and oysters by the dozen as you unwind and start your Friday evening off right.
Saturday, January 30th, 11am-4pm- NorCal vs SoCal Beer Showdown and Tater Tot Festival
Beer and tater tots are a match made in heaven. So on Saturday we'll be celebrating one of America's greatest comfort foods, the tater tot, while playing host to a showdown between two powerhouse beer regions and interstate rivals. Nominate your favorite breweries from each half of our great state and then come taste them and pick the best! We'll have tater tot specials from some of SF's top food trucks, an all-star lineup of NorCal and SoCal's top breweries battling it out at the bar, and live ska and reggae music by the Stu Tails. If you come to one event during beer week make it this one! Featured Breweries: Anchor, North Coast, Lagunitas, Anderson Valley, Sierra Nevada vs. Firestone Walker, Stone, Green Flash, Ballast Point, Golden Road.
Sunday, January 31st, 11am-4pm- Very Vegan Beer Festival
Come wrap up your SF Beer week with one of SoMa StrEat Food Park's most beloved monthly events: Very Vegan Sunday! We'll have the Bay Areas best vegan vendors in the house serving up delicious food and 100% vegan beers on tap plus a great lineup of ciders and gluten-free beers as well. So lay off the animal protein for one day and savor the joys of wholesome, healthy, and delicious vegan food.

Ticket Policies & Notices
- This is a FREE event. SoMa StrEat Food Park will remain OPEN to everyone.
- Individual beers may be purchased by the glass throughout the day.
- No ticket necessary for entry.
- Must be 21+ to consume alcohol. IDs will be checked.
- Early Bird VIP provides you with a commemorative glass beer stein and unlimited tastings and pours of all our beer for the entire duration of the event. No food is included in the ticket price. Tickets are non-refundable.
- In case of rain, SoMa StrEat Food Park has plenty of covered and heated seating areas to keep you warm and dry.
