Start by savoring the classic, subtle flavors, bright minerality, and regional nuances of raw oysters on a half-shell — fresh-shucked with love, of course. Then send waves of flavor across your taste buds as you savor your oysters atop a wood-fired artisan pizza, breaded in tacos, swimming in cocktails, deep-fried for Korean oyster pancakes, and even stuffed into a good old-fashioned vegan oyster mushroom po’boy.
Whatever floats your boat, seas the day with flights of white and sparkling wines, plus Henhouse Oyster Stout, brewed with Hog Island California oysters. Each pour will be specially selected to enhance the delicate and briny notes of these pearly gems.
